Welcome
Peterborough Climbing Wall is located in Peterborough Town Sports Club near the new City Hospital. It is part owned by the Peterborough Mountaineering Club , but you don't have to be a member to use it.
The wall consists of easy, gentle slabs for the novices to awesome overhanging walls and roof routes for the expert. There are 20 rope lines with in-situ ropes and about 100+ climbs graded from 3c to 7c.
There are also changing rooms, showers and licensed bar for you to relax in after a strenuous climbing session.
Experinced climbers can come along, register and climb. For those wanting to get into climbing we offer a variety of instructor led sessions including tasters, lessons, group sessions, Real Rock trips, children's parties. These all need to be booked in advance. We also offer National Indoor Climbing Achievement Scheme (NICAS) training.
