NICAS
Peterborough Climbing Wall is now a National Indoor Climbing Achievement Scheme awarding centre.
We are authorised to deliver levels 1, 2 & 3. We are currently running training sessions for all three levels fortnightly on a Friday evening. General information on the scheme is on the NICAS website. Level 1 will require approx four 90minute sessions to complete. Level 2 or 3 will require approx eight 90minute sessions to complete. Blocks of four 90minute sessions cost £40, and the part 1 logbook which is required for levels 1 and 2 costs an additional £5. The part 2 logbook which covers level 3 costs £10.
Dates for the next sessions are as follows:- 13 January 2012, 20 January 2012, 10 February 2012, 24 February 2012, 9 March 2012, 23 March 2012.
We are also planning to start running sessions on other days. If you are interested in doing NICAS but can't do a Friday evening please register your interest.
